Foodborne Bacterial Toxins International Symposium


This first symposium will focus on Staphylococcus, Bacillus, and Clostridium. The scientific program will also cover regulatory, normative, scientific and analytical developments related to foodborne bacterial toxins as well as the challenges still to be met.
The Scientific committee is pleased to present the FBTIS 2025 Program.
All talks for the conference must be presented in-person. If you are unable to attend you have the option to designate a new presenting author.
Please prepare your presentation using PowerPoint with a 16:9 aspect ratio. Bring your PPT file on USB drive to the Speaker Ready Room. You may NOT load your presentation in the session room at the time of your session. Technicians will be in the Speaker Ready Room 8:30 am – 6:00 pm to assist you.

Oral Session will not be recorded.
Proceedings. The submitting author for each talk presented at the conference is required to send a pdf of slides presented for the Conference Proceedings to FBTIS@anses.fr.

Posters should be printed in A0 format and exhibited in a dicated room.
