This year, the Annual Workshop will be held in Sophia Antipolis, France on October 24^th. We kindly ask you to register at the latest before August 30^th2024.

Please note that only NRLs from the 26 Member States of the European Union are eligible for reimbursement and only one representative per NRL. However more than one person per NRL and NRLs from other countries may register and attend the meeting. The more the merrier.

For EU NRLs, please be also aware that rules for reimbursement have changed, particularly for travel. More information on organisation is available in the letter.

We wish to organise a social dinner the evening of October 23^rdbut it will depend on the number of participating people. Could you please let us know in the form if you would be interested in attending the dinner?
