Invitation to the 2013 PT trial on determination of the Alkaline Phosphatase activity in cheese

EURL Milk and Milk Products / Pasteurization Tracers invites you to participate to the inter-laboratory proficiency trial it organizes by the end of November this year.

The aim of this trial is to assess NRLs’ ability to determine the alkaline phosphatase activity in cheese according to the method attached.
