[EURL MMP] Circular E-mail N°2014/02 - Invitation to the 2014 PT trial on determination of the Alkaline Phosphatase activity in cheese

Dear Colleagues,

The EURL for Milk and Milk Products / Pasteurisation Tracers invites you to participate to the inter-laboratory proficiency trial organized by the end of March.

The aim of this trial is to assess NRLs’ ability to determine the alkaline phosphatase activity in cheese according to the method attached.

8 samples of cheese (6 soft cheese and 2 semi-hard cheese samples) will be submitted to the PT. The participants shall perform the analyses:
