A multi-disciplinary team ready to take on the challenges of tomorrow!
The SafeFood4ClimDiet research team embodies a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach, bringing together experts in food safety, microbiology, artificial intelligence and social sciences to analyse new food trends in response to climate change.
Committed to delivering practical solutions to consumers, the team focuses on applied research centred on social responsibility. It promotes an inclusive approach by integrating the perspectives of consumers, producers and public institutions, in a dynamic where scientific rigour is combined with a strong awareness of environmental and health issues.
