EURL Lm organise a training session dedicated to the implementation of the:

■    Standard EN ISO 20976-1 on “Requirements and guidelines for conducting challenge tests of food and feed products - Part 1: challenge tests to study the growth potential, lag time and maximum growth rate” and,

■    version 4 of the “EURL Lm technical guidance document on challenge tests and durability studies for assessing shelf-life of ready-to-eat foods related to Listeria monocytogenes” (July 2021).

This training will be held from Monday 20 November 14:30 to Wednesday 22 November 2023 noon at the ANSES Laboratory for Food Safety, Maisons-Alfort, France.

This training session will focus on the theoretical part with a presentation of the EN ISO 20976-1 and the the EURL Lm technical guidance document (version 4) and technical part with practices dedicated to Lm in the laboratory. See agenda.

     -> travel and stay costs of participants cannot be founded by EURL Lm.
