This report is an output of the 2021-2022 EURL work programme. It provides validation and comparison data regarding reagents for the in vitro growth, DNA extraction, conventional and real-time PCR.

This report presents the validation/comparison of reagents for Phyllosticta citricarpa Diagnostic Protocols. It includes culture media for in vitro growing, DNA extraction kits, DNA polymerases for conventional PCR, and master mixes for real-time PCR.
