According to eligibility rules, travelling by personal car is authorized if this improves cost effectiveness or is necessary for professional reasons and particularly where the vehicle is shared by a number of colleagues.Travel costs are then reimbursed at maximum of 0.22 EUR / km. In other than these authorised cases, travel expenses for the use of a car for personal reasons will be reimbursed up to a maximum of the cost of the cheapest mean of transport. Travel agency quotation for other means of transport should be provided to us in order to attest that car is the cheapest mean of transport. We then allow the car trip when everything is verified.

  • Convivial event

On Thursday 15 evening, we will organize a guided walk in the covered passages of Paris.

Paris had about 150 covered passageways (typically with a glass roof) in the 1850's, most of them having been build in the first half of the XIXth century, and the vast majority being located on the right bank of the Seine, where the upper class lived. This parisian trend was imitated elsewhere in France and even abroad. Their goal was to provide a variety of different shops while allowing customers to be sheltered from bad weather. Our itinerary will show you the most beautiful (often protected as historical monuments), most interesting, most typical and most varied covered passageways.

The walk (~1h) will be followed by a dinner in a French cuisine restaurant, Les Noces de Jeannette.

If you wish to join the convivial event, please specify it in the registration form. In anticipation, you should choose between two menus : Haussmann 1 and Haussmann 2.

Within each menu, you should choose the starter.

Menu Haussmann 1 Menu Haussmann 2
Starter Marbled goat cheese with pesto & salad OR seafood terrine (to choose) Marbled goat cheese with pesto & salad OR seafood terrine (to choose)
