The EU-RL Anses-Fougeres provides Proficiency Testing (PT) for NRLs in charge of control for antibiotic and dye residues in food from animal origin.

Proficiency testing is an essential part of laboratory quality control procedure. and Participation is a mandatory requirement of ISO 17025 accreditation.
EU-RL Fougeres is since 2011 an accredited PT provider according ISO 17043.
The EU-RL Fougeres proficiency tests are organized twice a year for to the attention of EU NRLs for banned antimicrobial and dye substances and for authorised  antibacterials.
Proficiency testing provides an independent assessment of your laboratory performance and compares your results to laboratories worldwide. Taking part in proficiency tests gives you confidence in your laboratory equipment, methods and staff, and assurance that you are delivering the quality results requested by the DG-SANTE
