Training session dedicated to the use of available software in predictive food microbiology
From 06 October 2022 to 07 October 2022
We are delighted to inform you that the training session dedicated to the use of predictive microbiology software is now planned from 6 to 7 October 2022 at the ANSES Laboratory for Food Safety in Maisons-Alfort.
The purpose of this training session is not to teach you to become modeller, but better understand what is behind the friendly software developed to predict the growth of microorganisms and how to use them.
The programme of the training session (also attached) is:
- Day 1 (9h00 – 17h00):
- Basic knowledge on predictive models
- Introduction to the available software in predictive microbiology.
- Day 2 (9h00 – 16h00):
- Theory and practice with software (Combase, Sym’Previus, FSSP) to predict or simulate the evolution of Lm in various environmental conditions.
Please note that the travel and stays costs of participants (NRL Lm) cannot be funded by the EURL Lm.
We invite you to fill out the participation form before 9 September 2022: link.
